Job Title: Asbestos Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager.
Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This role involves managing and expanding operations in the Southern region, overseeing daily surveying and analytical tasks, and fostering the company's regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
.Resource management: Manage site staff and oversee staff schedules, quality checks, optimise supply chains (LARCS, testing & other resources)

.Project Management: Create and monitor projects and teams, review workloads and staff allocation to ensure projects are completed and KPI’s are met.

.Commercial: Work alongside our national commercial manager to ensure a healthy pipeline of work and prospective clients for future targets via networking, current contacts, general lead generation.

Clientele: Maintain / improve client relations while looking at ways to expand the company's brand

Qualifications:
- Hold BOHS P402 or P403, and P404 certifications or their equivalents. P405/S301 is advantageous

- Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within an asbestos consultancy or as an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst.

- Profound knowledge of industry regulations and legislation.
- Exceptional communication abilities.

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary range of £46,000 to £59,000 annually, inclusive of overtime and benefits. The role also provides a company vehicle, ongoing career development prospects, and tailored training programs for professional advancement.
